The New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services Women Veterans Program (WVP) upholds the state’s commitment to dignity, respect, and excellence in service for all Veterans and their families.
WVP serves as the first point of contact for women Veterans seeking assistance or guidance in overcoming barriers faced during and after military service. Through partnerships with federal, state, and community organizations, the program provides comprehensive advocacy, outreach, and individualized support to address the unique needs of women who have served our state and nation. WVP connects women Veterans to Federal and State benefits, healthcare, mentorship, education, and employment resources, while fostering peer-support networks that empower and uplift. Whether transitioning to civilian life or seeking continued support, the Women Veterans Program is dedicated to serving those who have served.
If you are a woman Veteran seeking assistance, guidance, or connection to resources, the Women Veterans Program is here to help. Reach out today to learn more about the services and support available to you.
