Angel Fire Vietnam Veterans Memorial Annual Veterans Memorial Walkway Brick Installation
The annual Veterans Memorial Walkway Brick Laying Ceremony at the Angel Fire Vietnam Veterans Memorial is Saturday, September 5, 2026, beginning at 8:00 am, during Labor Day weekend.
Hosted by the David Westphall Foundation in partnership with the New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services (NMDVS), the annual ceremony provides families, friends, and supporters the opportunity to honor Veterans and active duty service members by placing engraved commemorative bricks along the Veterans Memorial Walkway.
The Angel Fire Vietnam Veterans Memorial offers visitors the opportunity to experience one of the nation’s most significant Vietnam War memorials. The site includes the Peace and Brotherhood Chapel, museum and visitor center, a half-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C., and overlooks the Angel Fire State Veterans Cemetery.
The public is invited to attend this annual ceremony and join families, Veterans, volunteers, and community members in honoring the men and women who have served our nation.
